The only downside may be the lack of an elevator, which can be a challenge for those with mobility issues. this is a minor inconvenience considering the overall quality of the accommodation.

The units at Heritage House are so cozy and comfortable! I felt right at home with the cable TV, ironing facilities, and a spacious seating area with a sofa bed. Having a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries in each unit was a definite plus. It made getting ready in the morning hassle-free. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and fridge, was a lifesaver. I loved being able to prepare my own meals during my stay. The apartment I stayed in had a washing machine, microwave, and oven. It made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable. I also appreciated the little touches like the bathrobe, tea/coffee maker, and cable TV in the apartment. It made me feel pampered and relaxed.

Personally, I could have done without the ironing facilities. I prefer to travel light and don't usually need to iron my clothes.
